Financing Advisory

CCP structured its Financing Advisory Services area to assess and evaluate, in conjunction with the project owner, all aspects of project to be financed.  This is done during the planning phase of the project to truly understand all elements – micro and macro – that could impact the success of the venture.   CCP has been tremendously successful in shortening the third-party underwriting process taking a proactive approach at addressing the prospective credit issues related to each particular transaction.

By dissecting these elements early in the process, the capital request can be structured in a way that assures the underwriters that issues related to the success of the project have been considered.
